The son of Gaṅgā, the daughter of Rāmakṛṣṇa, and of Mahādeva, the son of Rāmeśvara Bhaṭṭa, Divākara was the younger brother of Bālambhaṭṭa and the nephew of Dinakara Bhaṭṭa (fl. ca. 1600) and of Kamalākara Bhaṭṭa (fl. 1612). He is the author of a Kālanirṇayacandrikā. Manuscripts:
