A far more obscure karaṇa is the Laghukaraṇa¹⁶² by Bhāvasadāśiva.¹⁶³ Its epoch is 27 March 1598; it follows the Brāhmapakṣa; and its unique manuscript copy came to London from Gujarāt in 1809.
