Rasaprakasa-sudhakara by Yasodhara is another important work of this period. The credit for the accurate observations on the metallurgy of zinc, described in Rasaratnasamuchchaya of the next (iatrochemical) period, really belongs to Yasodhara. Yasodhara quotes from Nagarjuna, Rasarnava and Somadeva. Hence, he must have flourished later than Somadeva and might be placed in the 13th century A.D.
