From the great height of the stūpa, the figure of Bodhisattva, etc., it appears that it is the same stūpa ascribed by I-Tsing to Bālāditya thus, "Northwards, 50 paces is a great stūpa even higher than the other; this was built by Bālāditya very much reverenced—in it is a figure of Buddha turning the wheel of the law."
