It would be, therefore, right to say that Buddhist Logic and Philosophy wonderfully enriched the old curriculum of the early Christian era. Instead of the Vēdas, etc., the student could find something totally new in this revised curriculum. Probably it was because of this reason that students in later times flocked in great numbers to the Buddhist institutions.
