**10.11** Alternatively, 1 *haṁsamukhī* brick is to be placed at the (eastern) extremity of the head and 1 *caturthī* below it, to be flanked by 1 quarter brick on either side. 3 four-sided quarter bricks are placed to the west (of these two quarter bricks) and on each side (of the head) and quarter bricks in the remaining space (of the head).
