He refers to diverse sects and their practices. Kṛśānu's tone becomes more aggressive even as Viśvāvasu appears more defensive, pacifying and soothing. Veṅkaṭādhvarin is very sympathetic towards Mādhvas, but he does not hesitate in recording most ruthless statements against them from the mouth of Kṛśānu (vv. 177-82). More elaborate is Viśvāvasu's fervent plea for the Mādhvas (vv. 183-90). But his faith finds full expression in advocating Rāmānuja and his sect. Fierce debates describing bitterness between Śaivas and Vaiṣṇavas are alluded (vv. 337-40). Veṅkaṭādhvarin's approach is for harmony and understanding. He also points out the form of Harihara which is represented in the city of Kāñcī (v. 341).
