Among them, the sound of the flute, in the Dānakelikaumudī (32): / 'This sweet sound of the flute blooms forth as the nourishment for the budding of trees and creepers, / a deep twilight-thunder to the cuckoo-birds' continuous recitation of Vedic cries, / a playful breeze fanning the flames of the Cowherd-moon-faced girls' fire of love, / and a thunderbolt to shatter the mountain of Rādhā's composure.'
