yathā vidagdha-mādhave (2.17)-
pratyāhṛtya muniḥ kṣaṇaṃ viṣayato yasmin mano dhitsate
bālāsau viṣayeṣu dhitsati tataḥ pratyāharantī manaḥ |
yasya sphūrti-lavāya hanta hṛdaye yogī sumutkaṇṭhate
mugdheyaṃ kila tasya paśya hṛdayān niṣkrāntim ākāṅkṣati //

As in Vidagdha-mādhava:
"The sage restrains his mind for a moment from sense objects to place it on him;
this girl, restraining her mind from him, seeks to place it on sense objects.
He for a tiny fraction of whose manifestation in the heart the yogin yearns intensely—
see, this naive girl actually desires his departure from her heart!"
