atha vyādhiḥ-
abhīṣṭālābhato vyādhiḥ pāṇḍimottāpa-lakṣaṇaḥ |
atra śīta-spṛhā-moha-niḥśvāsa-patanādayaḥ //

Now, illness (vyādhi):
Illness arises from not obtaining the beloved, characterized by paleness and high fever.
Here, a desire for cold things, fainting, sighing, falling down, and the like occur.
