guṇe' pi doṣāropaḥ syād asūyā tatra vikriyāḥ |
mukhāpavartanaṃ garhā bhrū-bhedānādarādayaḥ ||

Now (29) envy (asūyā):
Imputing fault even to a virtue on account of another's good fortune, prosperity, learning, valor, and the like / is envy. The physical changes in it / are turning the face away, censure, knitting the brows, disrespect, and the like.
