tac carvaṇābhimāne syāt satṛṇābhyavahāritā ||

Otherwise, just as with sugar and the like in sweet beverages,
assistance would also follow from a blade of grass or the like that happened to fall in;
and in fancying that it is relished, there would be consumption accompanied by grass.
