As in the Uttararāmacarita (1.38):
"She is the goddess of fortune in the house, she is a pencil of ambrosia for the eyes, / this touch of hers on the body is thick sandalwood paste; / this arm around the neck is a cool, soft pearl necklace— / what of hers is not dearest, if only separation were not intolerable?"
3.22.p1
(praviśya) pratīhārī-deva upasthitaḥ |
(Entering) Portress: "Your Majesty, he has arrived."
3.22.p2
rāmaḥ-aye kaḥ ? ity atra bhaviṣyataḥ sītā-virahasya sūcanād idaṃ śliṣṭaṃ nāma dvitīyaṃ patākā-sthānakam |
Rāma: "Ah, who?" Here, because it indicates the future separation from Sītā, this is the second dramatic indicator, named ambiguous (śliṣṭa).
