sārdhadṛgjanmamutsedhaṃ kampamardhaṃ tadūrdhvake
padmatuṅge tu vanyaṃśaṃ kampamardhena kārayet

The height of the base is two and a half; the fillet above it is half; / in the height of the lotus, one part; one should make the fillet with half [a part];
