tatsamaṃ kandharaṃ proktaṃ kampamardhaṃ tathāmbujam
tadūrdhve ca dvibhāgena vajrakumbhaṃ prakārayet

Equal to that the neck is declared; the fillet is half, and likewise the lotus; / and above it, with two parts, one should fashion the diamond-pitcher;
