13.59

sārdhavahnyaṃśamabjaṃ ca kṣudrapadmaṃ tadūrdhvake
kampamardhaṃ tu saptāṃśaṃ galamaṃśena cāntaram

the lotus is three and a half parts, and the minor lotus above that; / the fillet is half [a part], the neck is seven parts, and the recess is one part;
