13.60

ardhena kampamardhena padmaṃ sārdhadviyāṃśukam
kapotaṃ sārdha candrāṃśamāliṅgādipratiṣṭhitam

with half [a part] for the fillet, half for the lotus, two and a half parts / for the dripstone, one and a half parts for the āliṅga and its accompanying [fillet];
