tuṅge tatsamamevaṃ vā pādādhikyārdhādhikam
pādonadviguṇaṃ vāpi padmamevaṃ tu nirgamam

equal to its height, or one-fourth greater, or one-half greater, / or one and three-fourths times: such is the projection of the lotus;
