dhanūrāśau daśadine prathame tu ṣaḍaṅgulam
madhye daśadine saptadvyaṅgulaṃ ca vivarjayet

in the sign Sagittarius, in the first ten days, six digits; / in the middle ten days, he should discard seven [or] two digits;
