navatyaṣṭaromadṛṣṭinandaṃ dhyātvā śilpivittamaḥ
grīvaroma yathā kṛtvā tasya mānaṃ na yojayet
Having meditated upon the delight of the gaze of ninety-eight hairs, the best of artisan-architects / should execute the neck-lines as appropriate, but not apply strict measurement to them.
