ūrdhvatalapādanijadairghyamunibhāge sthūpyudayamekamatha kaṃ prati guṇāṃśam
dvyaṃśi galamaṃśakavitardikamadhastātkhaṇḍabhavanasya vidhiruktamurudhībhiḥ

In the length of the upper storey pillar divided into seven parts, the height of the finial pinnacle is one [part], then three parts for the head, / the neck is two parts, and below it the altar platform is one part: this is the rule for a partial edifice stated by the wise.
