20.36

pādodaye daśanavāṣṭavibhājite tatsaptartupañcaraṇāyatamatra bhāgam
śeṣaṃ jhaṣāṃśamudayārdhaviśālakaṃ vā ṣaṭpañcavedacaraṇena bhaved viśālam

When the pillar height is divided into ten, nine, or eight parts, seven, six, or five parts here are the pillar length; / the remainder is one-twelfth or half the height in width, or the width may be with six, five, or four parts.
