13.10

śubho'śubharkṣe ruciraṃ kubhūmijaṃ karoti vṛkṣaṃ viparītamanyathā |
parāṃśake thāvati vicyutaḥ svakād bhavanti tulyāstaravastathāvidhāḥ ||

A benefic in a malefic sign produces a fine tree growing in poor soil; in the reverse case, the opposite.
When fallen from its own [navāṃśa] and moving into another navāṃśa, the trees become corresponding to that condition.
