samyānvitaprahadaśā'tiśubhapradā syāt pāpānvitasya viphalaṃ paripākakāle |
miśrapraheṇa sahitasya daśāpahare miśraṃ phalaṃ bhavati miśrabalānvitasya ||

The period of a planet conjoined with a benefic will be exceedingly auspicious; of one conjoined with a malefic, it is fruitless at the time of maturation; / in the period and sub-period of one joined with a mixed planet, or one possessed of mixed strength, the fruit is mixed.
