9.88

hastarkṣe yadi kāmardhamanirataḥ prājñoparartā dhanī citrāyāmatiguptaśīlanirato mānī parastrīrataḥ |
svātyāṃ devamahīsurapriyakaro bhogī dhanī mandadhī-rgarvī dāravaśo jitāriradhikakrodhī viśākhodbhavaḥ ||

If [born] in Hasta, he is devoted to wealth and desire, wise, beneficial to others, and wealthy; / in Citrā, he is devoted to deep secrecy of character, proud, and attached to others' wives. / In Svātī, he acts pleasantly toward gods and brāhmaṇas, is an enjoyer, wealthy, and dull-witted; / born in Viśākhā, he is arrogant, under his wife's sway, conqueror of enemies, and excessively angry.
