kanyāmeṣatulāmṛgendraghaṭagairjato mahīpālako duścikyapratibhārasātalagatairbahurrthadeśādhipaḥ |
kheṭā vikramabandhuputragṛhagā dvau vittadharmasthitau śeṣau lagnakalatrarāśisahitau rājā bhaveddvārmikaḥ ||

By planets situated in Virgo, Aries, Libra, Leo, and Aquarius, a protector of the earth is born; by those occupying the third, fifth, and fourth houses, a ruler over many territories and wealth is born; / when planets occupy the third, fourth, and fifth houses, two are situated in the second and ninth, and the remaining two are conjoined with the ascendant and the seventh house, a righteous king is produced.
