haye sa indau jīve mṛga mukha gate bhūmi tanaye sva tuṅgasthau lagne bhṛguja śaśijāv atra nṛ patī/
sutasthau vakra arkī guru śaśi sitāś ca api hibuke budhe kanyā lagne bhavati hi nṛpo anyo api guṇavān//(śikhariṇī)

When Jupiter with the Moon is in Sagittarius, Mars in Capricorn, and Venus and Mercury in their own exaltations in the ascendant, here [are two] kings.
When Mars and Saturn are in the fifth, Jupiter, the Moon, and Venus are in the fourth, and Mercury is in the ascendant in Virgo, another virtuous king is indeed born.
