13.2

saumyaiḥ smara ari nidhaneṣv adhiyoga indos tasmiṃś camūpa saciva kṣiti pāla janma/
sampanna saukhya vibhavā hata śatravaś ca dīrgha āyuṣo vigata roga bhayāś ca jātāḥ//(va ti.)

The Adhiyoga of the Moon is formed by benefics in the seventh, sixth, and eighth houses; in it occurs the birth of army commanders, ministers, and kings:
those born are endowed with happiness and power, have destroyed their enemies, enjoy long life, and are free from disease and fear.
