udayaty uḍupe sura asyage sa piśāco aśubhayos tri koṇayoḥ/
sa upaplava maṇḍale ravāv udayasthe nayana apavarjitaḥ//(vaitālīya)
When the Moon is rising in Rāhu's mouth (the node) and malefics are in the trines, he is possessed by a demon; / when the Sun is in the ascendant with an eclipsed disc, he is deprived of eyes.
