saṃspṛṣṭaḥ pavanena mandaga yute dyūne vilagne gurau sa unmādo avanije sthite asta bhavane jīve vilagna āśrite/
tadvat sūrya suta udaye avani sute dharma ātmaja dyūnage jāto vāsa sahasra raśmi tanaye kṣīṇe vyaye śītagau//(śā vi)

Touched by wind disease (gout/insanity) when Saturn is in the seventh and Jupiter is in the ascendant; insane when Mars is in the seventh house and Jupiter is situated in the ascendant; / likewise when Saturn is in the ascendant and Mars is in the ninth, fifth, or seventh; or born [insane] when Saturn is [in the ascendant] and the waning Moon is in the twelfth.
