pañcamastha śubha-pāpagraha phala
dhanajanasukhahīnaḥ pañcamasthaiśca pāpairbhavati vikala eva kṣmāsute tatra jātaḥ |
divasakarasute ca vyādhibhistaptadehaḥ suragurubudhaśukraiḥ saukhyasaṃpaddhanāḍhyaḥ ||

Result of benefic and malefic planets in the fifth house:
With malefics in the fifth, one becomes devoid of wealth, people, and happiness; when the son of the Earth is there, the native is crippled;
and when the son of the Day-maker is there, his body is afflicted with diseases; through the preceptor of the gods, Mercury, and Venus, he is endowed with happiness, prosperity, and wealth.
