śani ke varga meṃ śani se dṛṣṭa vā yuta ekādaśabhāva kā phala
nagarapuravandayogaiḥ sthāvarakarmakriyābhirapi vittam |
lohakharavṛndabahulaṃ ravije'pi tathā'sya varge ca ||

Results of the eleventh house in Saturn's division aspected by or joined with Saturn:
Wealth comes through gatherings of city-dwellers, and through immovable works and deeds, / and is abundant in iron and herds of donkeys, when Saturn is [there] or in its division.
