vipulavimalamūrtiḥ svoccago vā svarāśau
gurusitayuta indrarbodhanenānudṛṣṭaḥ |
piturapi khalu tadvat bhāskaraḥ sarvadaiva ||
Knowledge of the planetary combination for parents' happiness:
When the Moon has a large and spotless form, or is in its exaltation or own sign,
conjoined with Jupiter and Venus, and aspected by Mercury, [it brings happiness to the mother];
and truly the Sun is ever likewise for the father.
