janmatriṣaḍekādaśasaptamago 'pi neṣyate candraḥ/
pañcamanavamantyāṣṭa(ma)caturdvivedhavān iṣṭaphalaḥ//

The Moon, even if in the natal [sign], third, sixth, eleventh, or seventh, is not desired / if obstructed by the fifth, ninth, twelfth, eighth, fourth, or second; [otherwise] it bears the desired fruit.
