Kāśyapa and his 500 disciples went to river, and there was the Bhagavān walking on top of the water, and his legs weren’t wet. When Kāśyapa saw the Bhagavān walking on the water from a distance, he thought, “Amazing! Extraordinary! The ascetic Gautama can walk on water. I’m able to walk on water, too, but I’m not able to keep my legs from getting wet. Despite this ascetic’s miracles, it’s not the same as the truth I’ve attained.”
