In the language of India: Pūjāmegha-nāma-dhāraṇī. In the language of Tibet: The Dhāraṇī Called “Cloud of Offerings” (mchod pa'i sprin zhes bya ba'i gzungs).
Homage to the Three Jewels!
Namo ratnatrayāya / Namo bhagavate vajrasārapramardane tathāgatāyārhate samyaksaṃbuddhāya / Tadyathā / Oṃ vajre vajre mahāvajre mahātejavajre mahāvidyāvajre mahābodhicittavajre mahābodhimaṇḍopasaṃkramaṇavajre sarvakarmāvaraṇaviśodhanavajre svāhā
The ritual of this dhāraṇī-mantra is as follows: as soon as one merely brings it to mind, one will have made offerings and paid homage at the feet of as many blessed Buddhas dwelling in the ten directions as there are subtle particles of sand in the river Gaṅgā. One will make offerings with all manner of flowers, incenses, perfumes, flower garlands, ointments, powders, parasols, victory banners, and pennants, as well as seats, mats, robes, offerings pleasing to the eye,

pure food and the like, ornaments, and all kinds of silk hangings. One will become free from all sins and endowed with all roots of virtue. One will be truly consoled by seeing all the Buddhas and bodhisattvas. All devas, nāgas, yakṣas, gandharvas, asuras, garuḍas, kiṃnaras, mahoragas, together with the lords of the guhyakas headed by Vajrapāṇi, and the Four Great Kings, will follow behind and guard, protect, and conceal one. Moreover, upon passing away from here, one will be reborn in the world realm of Sukhāvatī; and one will obtain these particular qualities without accomplishing [the practice], merely by bringing it to mind once. The Dhāraṇī Called “Cloud of Offerings” is completed.
