ajjhattarato samāhito eko saṃtuṣito tam āhu bhikkhuṃ |

hastasaṃyataḥ pādasaṃyato vācāsaṃyataḥ sarvasaṃyataḥ |
ādhyātmarataḥ samāhito hy ekaḥ saṃtuṣito hi yaḥ sa bhikṣuḥ ||

delighting in the internal, concentrated, solitary, content—they call him a monk. / Uv 32:7 / Controlled in hands, controlled in feet, controlled in speech, controlled in all, / delighting in the internal, concentrated, solitary, content—he indeed is a monk.
