tassā hi dhīraṃ ca bahuśśutañ ca dhoreyaśīlavratamantam ayiraṃ |
taṃ tārisaṃ sappuruṣaṃ sumedhaṃ sevetha nakkhattapathe va candramā ||

Therefore, a steadfast one, learned, bearing the burden of virtue and vows, noble,
such a good person, wise, one should follow, like the moon along the starry path.
