Uv28:15
pāṇau cāsya vraṇo na syād dhārayet pāṇinā viṣam |
nāvraṇe krāmati viṣam nāsti pāpam akurvataḥ ||

Uv 28:15
If there were no wound on his hand, he could carry poison in the hand;
poison does not penetrate one without a wound; there is no evil for one who does none.
