Uv4:1
apramādo hy amṛtapadaṃ pramādo matyunaḥ padam |
apramattā na mriyante ye pramattāḥ sadā mṛtāḥ ||

Uv 4:1 / For heedfulness is the state of the deathless; heedlessness is the state of death. / The heedful do not die; those who are heedless are always dead.
