abhaye bhayadarśīno bhaye cābhayadarśinaḥ |
mithyādṛṣṭisamādānāt satvā gacchanti durgatim ||
Uv 16:4 / They feel shame at what is not shameful, but are shameless at what is shameful; / seeing fear where there is no fear, and seeing no fear where there is fear, / beings who have adopted wrong views go to a bad destination.
