sthānāni catvāri naraḥ pramatta āpadyate yaḥ paradārasevī |
apunyalābhaṃ hy anikāmaśayyaṃ nindāṃ tṛtīyaṃ narakaṃ caturtham ||

A heedless man who pursues another's wife meets with four states:
Acquisition of demerit, an uncomfortable bed, censure as the third, and hell as the fourth.
