uttiṣṭhen na pramādyeta dharmaṃ sucaritaṃ caret |
dharmacārī sukhaṃ śete hy asmiṃ loke paratra ca ||

Uv 4.35
One should rise up, one should not be heedless; one should practice dharma well.
The practitioner of dharma sleeps happily in this world and in the next.
