dhammaṃ vicinātha apramattā mā vo kāmaguṇā bhrameṃsu cittaṃ |
mā lohaguḍe gilaṃ pramatto kraṇḍe dukkham idan ti dahyamāno ||

Investigate the dharma heedfully; do not let strands of sensual pleasure agitate your mind!
Do not swallow an iron ball being heedless, weeping: 'This is suffering!' while burning.
