187. The Tibetan translates sāgara here as the gang chen mtsho (“ocean that is big”) as opposed to rgya mtsho elsewhere. Lithang, Choné, and Lhasa appear to have “corrected” it to gangs chen mtsho (“ocean of great snow”). The Chinese has 海 (hai, “ocean”).
