The Lotus Sūtra 11.27

11.27

འགྱུར་བ་དང་། དེ་དག་ལ་མིའམ་མི་མ་ལགས་པས་གླགས་མི་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། བུད་མེད་ཀྱིས་འཕྲོགས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བར་དེ་དག་ལ་བསྲུང་བར་བགྱིའོ། །བདེ་ལེགས་སུ་འགྱུར་བར་བགྱིའོ། །ཆད་པ་སྤང་བར་བགྱིའོ། །དུག་གཞིལ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཆོས་སྨྲ་བ་དེ་དག་ལ་བདག་གིས་གཟུངས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཚིག་འདི་དག་སྩལ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གཟུངས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཚིག་འདི་དག་གསན་དུ་གསོལ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། སུ་དཎ་ཌེ། དཎ་ཌ་བ་ཏི་དཎ་ཌཱ་བརྟ་ནི། དཎ་ཌ་ཀུ་ཤ་ལེ། དཎ་ཌ་སུ་དྷཱ་རི། སུ་དྷཱ་ར་པ་ཏི། བུད་དྷ་པ་ཤྱ་ནི། དྷ་ར་ཎི། ཨཱ་བརྟ་ནི། ཨཱ་བརྟ་ནི། སང་གྷ་པ་རཱི་ཀྵི་ཏེ། སང་གྷ་ནི་ར་གྷ་ས་ཏེ། དྷ་རྨ་པ་རཱི་ཀྵི་ཏེ། སརྦ་སཏྭ་རུ་ཧེ། ཀཽ་ཤ་ལྱེ། ཀཽ་ཤ་ལྱཱ་ནུ་ག་ཏེ། སིང་ཧ་བི་ཀྲཱི་ཌི་ཏེ། །ཨ་ནུ་བརྟེ། བརྟ་ནི། བརྟ་ལི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གཟུངས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཚིག་འདི་དག་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་གང་གི་རྣ་བའི་དབང་པོ་ལ་གྲགས་པ་དེ་ནི། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོའི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་སུ་རིག་པར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་པད་མ་དཀར་པོའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གྲངས་འདི་ཡང་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་འདི་ན་སྤྱོད་པ་ན། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་གང་དག་གི་ལག་ཏུ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་པ་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཆོས་སྨྲ་བ་དེ་དག་གིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོའི་མཐུ་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོའི་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཀྱིས། དམ་པའི་ཆོས་པད་མ་དཀར་པོའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གྲངས་འདི་བདག་ཅག་གི་ལག་ཏུ་ཐོབ་བོ་སྙམ་དུ་དེ་ལྟར་རིག་པར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གང་དག་མདོ་སྡེ་འདི་ཡི་གེར་འདྲི་བ་དང་འཛིན་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོའི་སྤྱོད་པ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གིས་སངས་རྒྱས་མང་པོ་ལ་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་བསྐྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་ནི། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་ཕྱག་གིས་སྤྱི་བོ་ལ་བྱུགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་དག་གིས་བདག་ཀྱང་དགའ་བར་བགྱིས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །

no human or nonhuman will find such an opportunity and no woman will beguile them. I shall protect them. I shall save them from punishment. I shall counteract poison. Bhagavān, I shall give the dharmabhāṇakas these dhāraṇī words:

“Tadyathā:⁶⁴² adaṇḍe⁶⁴³ daṇḍapati⁶⁴⁴ daṇḍāvartani⁶⁴⁵ daṇḍakuśale⁶⁴⁶ daṇḍasudhāri⁶⁴⁷ sudhārapati⁶⁴⁸ buddhapaśyane⁶⁴⁹ sarvadhāraṇi⁶⁵⁰ āvartani⁶⁵¹ saṃvartani⁶⁵² saṃgha­parīkṣite⁶⁵³ saṃgha­nirghātani⁶⁵⁴ dharma­parīkṣite⁶⁵⁵ sarva­sattva­ruta­kauśalye kauśalyānugate⁶⁵⁶ siṃhavikrīḍite⁶⁵⁷ anuvarte⁶⁵⁸ vartani vartāli⁶⁵⁹ svāhā.⁶⁶⁰

“Bhagavān, the bodhisattvas, to whose faculty of hearing comes the sound of these dhāraṇī words, should know that they are the blessing of Samantabhadra.

“Bhagavān, while this Dharma teaching of The White Lotus of the Good Dharma is existing in this Jambudvīpa, the bodhisattvas into whose hands it comes, those dharmabhāṇakas, Bhagavān, should know that this Dharma teaching has come into their hands through the power of the bodhisattva mahāsattva Samantabhadra, and through the magnificence of the bodhisattva mahāsattva Samantabhadra.

“Bhagavān, the beings who write out this sūtra and who uphold it have obtained the activity of the bodhisattva Samantabhadra. Those beings will be those who have planted roots of merit under many buddhas.

“Bhagavān, those beings will have their heads stroked by the hand of the Tathāgata.

“Bhagavān, those beings who write out this sūtra and who uphold it⁶⁶¹ will please me.
