開法門成就畢竟功德者，有二白淨法句：一、道場白淨法句；二、涅槃白淨法句。此二白淨法前後二句，說示轉說義應知。道場白淨法者，如經「初轉法輪」故。涅槃白淨法句者，如經「最後說法」故。

As for the merit of opening the dharmaparyāya in ultimate accomplishment, there are two phrases of śukladharma: first, the phrase of śukladharma of the bodhimanda; second, the phrase of śukladharma of nirvāṇa. These two phrases, earlier and later, of śukladharma should be known to explain and demonstrate the meaning of turning and preaching. The śukladharma of the bodhimaṇḍa is because the sūtra says, "first turned the wheel of Dharma." The phrase of śukladharma of nirvāṇa is because the sūtra says, "in his final teaching of the Dharma."
