punar a-paro * an-artho ratna-kūṭe dṛṣṭaḥ | a-paripāciteṣu satveṣu viśvāso bodhi-satvasya skhalitaṃ a-bhājanī-bhūteṣu satveṣu + udāra-buddha-dharma-saṃprakāśanāt bodhi-satvasya skhalitaṃ ||
Again, another detriment is seen in the Ratnakūṭa: 'Placing confidence in beings who are not yet matured is a lapse for a bodhisattva. Proclaiming the vast Buddha-Dharma to beings who are unsuited vessels is a lapse for a bodhisattva.
