38. The Chinese version has a slightly different order. It reads, “Like a star, a lamp, a cataract, a dream, an illusion, a bubble, and a dew drop; like lightning as well as a cloud” (ru xing ru deng, yi meng, huan ji pao, lu, ru dian yi ru yun 如星如燈、翳， 夢、幻及泡、露，如電亦如雲).
