爾時世尊無壞法爾加持而告諸執金剛及菩薩言：「善男子！當說如所通達法界，淨除眾生界真實語句。」時普賢菩薩即時住於佛境界莊嚴三昧，說無閡力真言曰：
At that time, the Lord, through the adhiṣṭhāna of indestructible reality, addressed the vajradharas and bodhisattvas: “Good sons! You should speak the phrases of true speech that purify the realm of sentient beings according to the dharmadhātu you have penetrated.” Then Samantabhadra Bodhisattva immediately abided in the samādhi of the adornment of the Buddha-realm and spoke the mantra of unobstructed power:
